Guests enjoy close proximity to the University of New Mexico's athletics complex and main campus, just 10 minutes away, and Kirtland Air Force Base, located four miles east. This establishment prides itself on excellent guest service and provides amenities such as a cooked-to-order breakfast and dinner served daily in the Garden Grille & Bar, along with a heated indoor pool for guest relaxation. What truly distinguishes our property is our dedicated team who foster a supportive and collaborative environment, celebrating successes with regular team-building activities. We prioritize creating a welcoming atmosphere where employees feel valued, supported, and part of a family, making this hotel an ideal place for career growth and success.

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team and be the ultimate guest experience guru. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering warm welcomes, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and managing guest requests efficiently to leave lasting positive impressions. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator, adept at maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions. Additionally, this position demands a quick-thinking problem solver capable of handling unexpected scenarios with ease, ensuring guests’ experiences remain seamless. Multitasking is critical, as the agent will manage reservations, financial transactions, and coordinate with other hotel departments, all while maintaining front desk operations.
