Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences
- Create a welcoming environment by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and addressing any requests or concerns with professionalism
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition
- Provide prompt and attentive service, ensuring that each guest's experience at the bar is enjoyable and meets our high standards of quality
- Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding responsible alcohol service, including checking IDs and handling any issues related to intoxicated guests
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service and address any operational or guest-related issues
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices, to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
