Job Description

Join a respected restaurant group that specializes in craft burgers, a curated local beer selection, and a vibrant live music atmosphere. This establishment is known for delivering a unique dining and social experience that combines high-quality food with an energetic and welcoming environment. The restaurant group prides itself on fostering a culture of excellence, community engagement, and passion for hospitality, which has made it a standout destination for both locals and visitors. Their emphasis on craft beverages and live entertainment creates a lively and dynamic setting that differentiates them from typical dining venues, making each visit memorable and enjoyable.

We are currently seeking a High Energy Bar Manager who is eager to take on a leadership role within this fast-paced and exciting environment. This position offers the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and energized by social and lively settings. As a High Energy Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our high-volume bar and patio operations. This includes leading a team by example, managing daily operations, and cultivating a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests and staff alike. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, enjoy connecting with people, and have the skills to drive business results through effective leadership, this role is designed for you.

The High Energy Bar Manager position requires a hands-on leader who is not afraid to be visible and active on the floor, ensuring smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences. You will be instrumental in recruiting, training, and motivating a team that takes pride in their work and enjoys coming to the job each day. Your expertise in beverage and bar operations across spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails will be crucial in maintaining consistency and quality while managing liquor costs, inventory, and waste control.

With over three years of management experience in polished casual or high-energy restaurants generating over $6 million in annual sales, you will have the ability to handle peak periods efficiently without compromising responsible alcohol service standards. Proficiency with POS systems, particularly Toast POS and related reporting tools, is preferred to support inventory and labor management. This role also involves overseeing the P&L to drive strong business outcomes while fostering an inviting and fun environment that encourages guest loyalty and staff satisfaction.

Benefits for this position include comprehensive healthcare coverage for you and your family, paid time off to support work-life balance, free employee meals, and ongoing training and leadership development opportunities to help you grow within the company. If you are an ambitious, motivated, and solutions-oriented leader ready to energize a dynamic team in a music-driven social atmosphere, we encourage you to apply and bring your positive energy to this exciting role.
