Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of restaurant experience
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant environment
- Ability to complete TIPs training if not already certified
- Full mobility and physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and push food carts up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Minimum of three years restaurant experience
- At least one year of restaurant supervisory experience
- Successful TIPs training and ability to use order and payment systems preferred
- Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain continuous quick-paced movement and physical tasks related to the role
Job Duties
- Conduct monthly beverage inventories and reconciliations
- Ensure that the quality and presentation of all food products meet The Charles Hotel's standards
- Maintain professional working relationships and promote open lines of communication with managers, employees, and other departments
- Initiate all necessary food and beverage reports according to company standards
- Ensure staff are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests and colleagues at all times
- Maintain required pars of all stock
- Review daily food sales for accuracy
- Perform other duties as requested by management
