Conceptual Options understands the emotional and physical demands of surrogacy and commits to providing full-time professional support, legal guidance, and medical assistance to ensure a smooth process for all parties involved.
This role requires women who are healthy, compassionate, and motivated to make a life-changing difference in the lives of families who cannot conceive naturally. As a gestational surrogate with Conceptual Options, you will embark on a rewarding journey that not only helps others but also offers generous financial compensation and continuous emotional support. Whether you are a first-time surrogate or have prior experience, the agency tailors the surrogacy process to meet your individual needs, ensuring flexibility and understanding throughout. You'll be paired with a dedicated case manager and receive 24-hour emergency support to provide peace of mind.
Compensation for surrogates is competitive, with different tiers based on experience. First-time surrogates can earn $95,500 or more, while experienced surrogates can earn $120,000 or higher. Additional bonuses and allowances include a $1,000 signing bonus, monthly financial support, maternity clothing allowances, housekeeping stipends, and special compensation for cesarean sections or multiples pregnancies. The agency also provides ongoing support through monthly meetings, fostering a community of like-minded women sharing their unique surrogacy experiences. Overall, partnering with Conceptual Options as a gestational surrogate offers not only financial reward but also the joy of giving the invaluable gift of life and the satisfaction of helping families grow in a supportive environment.
