Job Description
Conceptual Options Surrogacy is a trusted surrogacy agency committed to helping intended parents build their families through compassionate and comprehensive support. As a reputable agency, we pride ourselves on providing a smooth and positive surrogacy experience tailored to the unique needs of each surrogate. Whether you are a first-time surrogate or have prior experience, our supportive team will guide you through every step of the surrogacy process, including medical, legal, and emotional aspects. Our professional staff is dedicated to ensuring you feel valued, supported, and cared for throughout your surrogacy journey.
The role of a gestational surrogate with Conceptual Options Surrogacy is one of profound impact and reward. As a gestational surrogate, you help create families and experience the joy of giving the gift of life. This position is designed for healthy, compassionate women aged 21 to 39 who have at least one successful pregnancy and meet specific health criteria including a BMI under 30. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required. Surrogates will be supported with dedicated case management and 24-hour emergency support, allowing peace of mind throughout the journey. Surrogates also have access to monthly support meetings, fostering a community of like-minded women where journeys can be shared and encouragement offered.
Financially, surrogates receive generous compensation for their time, care, and commitment. First-time surrogates receive $95,500 plus bonuses, while experienced surrogates receive $120,000 plus. Additional compensation is provided for multiples, cesarean sections, maternity clothing, housekeeping, and monthly allowances. Signing bonuses and milestone payments at medication start and embryo transfers are also part of the compensation package. This opportunity allows surrogates to either stay home or continue their regular work while earning extra money. The surrogacy experience is designed to be flexible, supportive, and life-changing for both the surrogate and the families they help create.
