Job Description

Our surrogacy agency, Conceptual Options, specializes in providing compassionate and dedicated gestational surrogates the opportunity to help intended parents build their families. As a trusted and reputable agency, we are committed to offering a smooth and positive experience for surrogates, ensuring comprehensive support and competitive compensation throughout the surrogacy process. We understand the importance of this journey and strive to tailor each surrogacy experience to the individual needs of the surrogate, whether they are embarking on their first surrogacy or have previous experience. Surrogacy with Conceptual Options is not only a rewarding way to positively impact families but also an opportunity to receive substantial financial compensation while receiving full medical, legal, and emotional support.

The role of a gestational surrogate with Conceptual Options involves carrying and delivering a child for intended parents with the support of our experienced team. Surrogates receive guidance through every step, from medical evaluations and legal contract signings to pregnancy and delivery, with continuous emotional and community support. This position offers a unique and meaningful way to make a life-changing difference by bringing the gift of life to families in need. We provide a flexible process that respects each surrogate's lifestyle and commitments, allowing individuals to stay at home or continue working while making a significant financial contribution to their families. Our compensation packages are generous and include base compensation ranging from $40,000 to over $100,000, monthly allowances and support meeting stipends, as well as bonuses for milestones like contract signing, starting medications, and embryo transfers. Additional compensation is available for multiples and cesarean deliveries.

Surrogates must meet specific criteria such as being between 21 and 39 years old, having had at least one successful pregnancy, possessing a BMI under 30, and being a US citizen or permanent resident. Conceptual Options ensures surrogates are never alone in their journey, providing a dedicated case manager and 24-hour emergency support to ensure peace of mind throughout the entire surrogacy process. Monthly support meetings also foster a sense of community and enable surrogates to share their experiences and encouragement with one another.

Choosing to become a surrogate with Conceptual Options means joining a network of women working together to make a meaningful impact on families' lives while gaining financial stability and expert support. It is a unique opportunity to engage in a life-changing experience that balances compassion, professionalism, and rewarding compensation in an environment that prioritizes surrogate health and well-being.
