Job Requirements

  • Must have minimum 2,000 total helicopter flight hours
  • at least 500 turbine flight hours
  • minimum 5 years flying experience as pilot in command
  • minimum 3 years commercial, military, or government rotorcraft experience as PIC
  • flown commercially in last 12 months
  • reside within 1 hour of Chicago (KPWK) base
  • willing to work 1130-1900 shift and every other weekend on-call

Job Qualifications

  • 2,000+ total helicopter flight hours
  • 500+ turbine flight hours
  • 5+ years as pilot in command
  • 3+ years commercial, military, or government rotorcraft experience as PIC
  • recent commercial flight experience within last 12 months
  • local flying experience preferred
  • ability to work shift hours and on-call weekends

Job Duties

  • Fly Bell 206L4 helicopter safely and efficiently
  • operate aircraft during scheduled shifts and on-call weekends
  • maintain compliance with all FAA and company flight regulations
  • conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections
  • communicate effectively with flight operations team
  • respond promptly to operational changes
  • ensure passenger and cargo safety throughout flights
