Job Duties
- Work with chemicals
- prepare and collect tableware and soiled pots for washing and re-racking
- drain and fill tanks
- responsible for removal of garbage
- mop and sweep floor, operate buffer and vacuum machines, use ladders (8 feet and 10 feet)
- clean out dish machine and de-liming process
- maintain elevators, ceilings, hoods, ac grills, light covers etc. up to Health Regulation Standards
