We are currently seeking heavy lifting porters and kitchen staff for a top-notch cafeteria operating within a healthcare environment. This full-time role is vital in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency in the cafeteria. Working in a healthcare setting underscores the importance of hygiene, sanitation, and safety, making this position crucial for supporting the health and well-being of patients, visitors, and staff. The position requires physical strength, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and stamina to stand and perform duties for extended periods. Shift hours are from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM with weekend and holiday work mandatory, reflecting the continuous nature of healthcare services.

Key responsibilities include washing large pots and pans, deep cleaning of work surfaces, walls, and floors, emptying waste bins, and supporting kitchen staff and management wherever needed. Porters and kitchen staff must ensure a hygienic environment by adhering to rigorous sanitation standards, making slip-resistant shoes and black pants mandatory attire. The hourly pay ranges from $13.50 to $14, with good attendance and reliability being essential to success in this role.
