Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
at least one year of experience in cleaning with equipment
ability to communicate with team members and guests
ability to work flexible shifts including holidays
ability to multitask and divide attention among several assignments
excellent knowledge of cleaning equipment
ability to work independently and collaboratively
excellent organizational skills
strong guest service skills

minimum one year experience in the cleaning field with equipment

ability to operate various cleaning equipment effectively

knowledge of safety standards and proper chemical handling

Job Duties

Adhere to guest service requirements
adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards
clean restrooms, mirrors, sinks, counter tops, cigarette urns and toilets
empty trash bins and pick up loose papers from floors, sinks and counter tops as well as sweep and mop floors
remove all trash to exterior trash points
remove snow for trash run
replace toilet tissue and refill paper towel dispensers
clean and polish all furniture, marble, brass, brass floor plates, and entrance door brass and kick door brass plates
clean brass, lighting, walls and carpeting
clean and dust all lighting and lampshades
vacuum flooring, clean windows, clean window ledges and clean team member restaurant floors, and sanitize all guest and team member areas
sweep, mop, buff, vacuum, dust and wax floors
operate all types of cleaning equipment including riding equipments such as extractors, auto scrubbers, buffers and overhead lifts
respond to reasonable guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance
adhere to standards and operating procedures as outlined in the Belterra Park EVS Manual
maintain uniformed appearance standards while on duty
ensure safe and proper use of all equipment and chemicals
maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary and guest information
maintain professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image
perform other duties assigned by department Manager and Shift Supervisor
