- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior kitchen stewarding or dishwasher experience is a bonus
- Can work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean ceilings, walls, and items that require lengthy periods on a ladder
- Deep clean hot holding or cooking equipment including char broiler, griddle, salamander, deep fryer
- Gather pots and pans to wash in a three-compartment sink or pot machine
- Breakdown, spray, load, unload dishes, glassware, and flatware then place them in appropriate storage
- Maintain chemical detergents
- Scrape, wash, rinse, sanitize, and air-dry pots and pans then store them
- Wash baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables, and cutting boards
- Sweep and mop all floors, wash floor mats
- Clean kitchen equipment including dish machines, ice machines, pot machines, prep tables, hot boxes, refrigerators
- Separate and remove trash and garbage, including biohazard cleanup
- Maintain inventories of linen and remove soiled linen
- Transport equipment such as hot and cold boxes, speed racks, push carts to other outlets and facilities throughout the property
