This opportunity is for the role of a full-time Heavy Duty Cleaner at Southland Casino, focused on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas of the property to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, your responsibilities will include proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment, efficiently handling multiple tasks, and supporting team members to facilitate smooth daily operations. The role involves physical demands such as frequent lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and the use of ladders or step stools, necessitating a strong commitment to safety and diligence.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $19.50, reflecting the importance Delaware North places on attracting and retaining skilled team members. Shifts typically occur Monday through Friday with potential requirements to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
  • ability to lift to 30 pounds frequently
  • frequent lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling

Job Qualifications

  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
