Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends holidays and overtime
Ability to tolerate secondary smoke high noise bright lights and dust
Bi-lingual English Spanish is a plus
Some computer knowledge is a plus
