Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense and understand instructions
  • Attend orientation and complete HOH training
  • Complete food and alcohol service certifications as required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
  • Commitment to hygiene and uniform policies

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense and understand simple instructions
  • Attend and successfully complete mandatory HOH training
  • Complete any required food and/or alcohol service certifications
  • Maintain grooming and uniform standards

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Perform any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
