Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- understand and execute basic food handling skills
- greet residents and guests
- present menus
- communicate orders with kitchen
- learn and know different types of medically warranted diets
- maintain clean, sanitized, organized working area
- perform the duties of 1 server per floor
- manage time well
- follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations
- knowledge of fire safety and emergency preparedness procedures
- always adhere to Lenbrook rules and dress code
- maintain confidentiality of residents' personal and medical record information
