Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years successful sales experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel locally and regionally up to 75%
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to engage and persuade customers with patience and positivity
- Experience in telesales and data entry
- Flexibility and creative problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Bilingualism is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years successful sales experience required
- Experience working with seniors and knowledge of Medicare Advantage preferred
- Minimum of 2 years business-to-business or management experience preferred
- Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with business and vendor partners
- Experience in telesales with proficiency in data entry
- Possession and maintenance of a valid Driver’s License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like SalesForce
- Ability to engage customers with patience, flexibility and a persuasive sales approach
- Fluent in English, bilingual a plus
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally up to 75%
Job Duties
- Nurture and build direct-to-seniors and business-to-business partnerships to generate new patient opportunities
- Meet with seniors and groups in various community settings to present ChenMed’s value proposition
- Plan, coordinate and execute local community events such as health fairs and information tables
- Cultivate relationships with health plan agents, insurance agents, social workers, senior housing managers and community providers
- Partner with community officials, businesses and senior programs to drive patient growth initiatives
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings and manage vendor relationships for event planning
- Utilize CRM tools like SalesForce to document client interactions and manage sales leads
- Deliver presentations to large audiences and develop distribution channels to support patient enrollment growth
- Engage with new and existing patients to promote retention and address concerns
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve engagement effectiveness with partners and vendors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
