Job Requirements
- Bilingual
- Previous experience in medical customer service or front desk service
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, with good attendance
- Patient and able to assist elderly or those needing additional help
- Willing to travel to satellite offices
- Availability for occasional late hours

- Previous experience in medical customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual
- Ability to work well with others
- Patience with the elderly and those needing additional assistance
- Reliability, punctuality and attendance
- Self-motivator and a quick learner
Job Duties
- Checking in patients and have them sign necessary documents
- Confirm, schedule or reschedule appointments
- Respond to patient needs, requests, and complaints
- Collect and post payments from patients
- Keep patient and referring physician information up to date
- Communicate pertinent patient information to designated departments
- Answer telephones
- Travel to satellite office some occasional late hours
