Job Duties

  • Checking in patients and have them sign necessary documents
  • Confirm, schedule or reschedule appointments
  • Respond to patient needs, requests, and complaints
  • Collect and post payments from patients
  • Keep patient and referring physician information up to date
  • Communicate pertinent patient information to designated departments
  • Answer telephones
  • Travel to satellite office some occasional late hours
