As a Healthcare Host/Hostess, the individual will serve as a warm-welcoming ambassador responsible for creating positive experiences through exceptional customer service. It further involves monitoring nourishment areas, conducting inventory, and operating technical equipment accurately to ensure smooth service delivery. Attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts are critical job components, along with adaptability to perform other duties as required based on business needs and client requirements. Successful candidates are expected to be team-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and committed to fostering a healthy and safe work environment. Prior experience in a related role is beneficial but not mandatory, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to enter the healthcare hospitality sector.

Sodexo emphasizes a flexible and supportive work environment, allowing employees to balance work and life priorities effectively. The company offers ongoing training, development, and advancement opportunities, empowering employees to transform their job roles into rewarding careers. Benefits packages are comprehensive and typically include paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, 401k plans, discount programs, and more. Depending on the location, additional site-specific benefits such as free meals or meal allowances, uniforms, safety shoes, public transportation support, or parking may be provided.

Overall, this role offers a meaningful chance to be part of a team dedicated to improving the quality of life for others within a large healthcare setting, with Sodexo committed to supporting its workforce through a positive culture and a robust benefits plan.
