- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs infrequently
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA

Job Duties
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating spa staff
- Establish a positive work environment and resolve staff issues
- Ensure high standards of customer service and address guest feedback
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, handle guest complaints professionally
- Oversee daily operations of front desk, gift shop, locker rooms, treatment rooms and fitness center
- Manage inventory of supplies and retail products
- Schedule associates, manage payroll and timesheets
- Promote and sell spa services and retail products
- Collaborate with manager, service providers and marketing for monthly promotions
- Implement strategies to drive revenue
- Assist social media team with content creation, supplies and scheduling
- Ensure spa areas comply with company policies, public health regulations, safety standards and cleanliness
- Comply with company drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
- Perform all other assigned duties
