Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiar with spa scheduling software
  • Knowledge of promotional strategies
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs infrequently
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA

Job Duties

  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating spa staff
  • Establish a positive work environment and resolve staff issues
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and address guest feedback
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, handle guest complaints professionally
  • Oversee daily operations of front desk, gift shop, locker rooms, treatment rooms and fitness center
  • Manage inventory of supplies and retail products
  • Schedule associates, manage payroll and timesheets
  • Promote and sell spa services and retail products
  • Collaborate with manager, service providers and marketing for monthly promotions
  • Implement strategies to drive revenue
  • Assist social media team with content creation, supplies and scheduling
  • Ensure spa areas comply with company policies, public health regulations, safety standards and cleanliness
  • Comply with company drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
  • Perform all other assigned duties
