Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Availability to work 20-30 hours per week including weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use point-of-sale systems
Commitment to upholding safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

Passionate about wellness with a dynamic and engaging personality
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, upscale environment
Ability to pass iCRYO service exams following initial training

Job Duties

Provide high-energy, personalized service to guests upon arrival
Provide excellent hospitality and incorporate concierge experiences for guests to enjoy
Promote iCRYO through social media marketing and participation in community events
Cultivate a clean and professional environment, including laundry duties
Work closely with the Center Director and team to set goals, solve problems, and ensure smooth daily operations
Continue education on iCRYO's products and services to stay informed and provide expert guidance
Utilize point-of-sale systems for booking, rescheduling, and managing reservations
Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards
Maintain a minimum of 20-30 hours per week with 2 weekend shifts minimum per month
