Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 40-45 hours per week including some weekends
- Previous experience in hospitality or wellness-related customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in social media marketing and community outreach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to complete ongoing education and certification exams

- Strong customer service skills with professional guest concern handling
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Ability to pass iCRYO service exams after training
Job Duties
- Work a minimum of 40-45 hours per week including some weekend shifts
- Maintain a book of business to impact bonuses and commissions
- Provide excellent hospitality with concierge guest experiences
- Develop personalized wellness plans using exceptional listening skills
- Exhibit strong customer service skills and openness to management coaching
- Promote iCRYO through social media and community participation
- Collaborate with Center Director and team to set goals and ensure daily operations
- Continue education on medical and enhancement services
- Utilize point-of-sale systems for bookings and reservations
- Ensure safety protocols and compliance with company standards
