Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in occupational health and safety or related field
- experience with ISO 45001 implementation and compliance
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple expectations
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ability to influence and foster a positive safety culture
- availability to work in Greenwood, IN

Job Duties
- Foster a positive health and safety culture that reflects transparency and company values
- develop and deliver effective and regulatory compliant training materials and sessions
- mentor health and safety coordinators within the entities
- harmonize health and safety activities while ensuring mitigation of site-specific risks
- design inspection and audit plans to meet regulatory requirements and reduce risks
- engage with internal and external health and safety networks and resources
- manage stakeholders across multiple entities including safety managers in European parent companies
- ensure effective rollout of health and safety related changes
