Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in occupational health and safety or related field
  • experience with ISO 45001 implementation and compliance
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to prioritize and manage multiple expectations
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • ability to influence and foster a positive safety culture
  • availability to work in Greenwood, IN

Job Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge of ISO 45001 standards
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • knowledge of environmental sustainability
  • experience in health and safety coordination or management

Job Duties

  • Foster a positive health and safety culture that reflects transparency and company values
  • develop and deliver effective and regulatory compliant training materials and sessions
  • mentor health and safety coordinators within the entities
  • harmonize health and safety activities while ensuring mitigation of site-specific risks
  • design inspection and audit plans to meet regulatory requirements and reduce risks
  • engage with internal and external health and safety networks and resources
  • manage stakeholders across multiple entities including safety managers in European parent companies
  • ensure effective rollout of health and safety related changes
