Job Requirements

- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or equivalent customer service or hospitality position
- willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
- enthusiastic, positive attitude toward fitness for all age groups
- ability to answer phones while greeting and providing information to members
- excellent multitasking skills
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
- ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when interacting with residents, family members, staff, and visitors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a busy setting or similar experience in customer service or hospitality

Job Duties
- Warmly welcoming and directing all incoming members and guests
- serving as a go-to person for fitness club members, residents, guests, and team members who have questions or need assistance
- providing excellent hospitality to club members and visitors both over the telephone and at the Member Services desk
- ensuring that the fitness equipment, locker rooms, and aquatic center are exceptionally clean and safe
- testing chemical levels in the pool and spa on a regular basis
- providing towel and laundry service
- handling multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism and positive attitude
