Uchi Newport, soon to open in Newport Beach, California, offers a chance for culinary professionals to work in a high-volume, high-standard scratch kitchen where quality and creativity are paramount. Candidates will initially train at Uchi West Hollywood, California, with lodging provided, enhancing their onboarding experience through immersive hands-on preparation.

In this leadership position, the Head Sushi Chef will motivate, mentor, and develop a team of sushi chefs, ensuring that culinary standards meet the exceptional quality for which the brand is known.
