Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Motivate, mentor and develop a culinary team comprised of sushi chefs
  • Manage the overall culinary standards in a high volume/high standard scratch kitchen
  • Collaborate with teams to create dishes showcased on specials and core menu
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Provide constructive feedback and training to team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
