Job Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees

Job Duties
- Motivate, mentor and develop a culinary team comprised of sushi chefs
- Manage the overall culinary standards in a high volume/high standard scratch kitchen
- Collaborate with teams to create dishes showcased on specials and core menu
- Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring quality and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Provide constructive feedback and training to team members
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
