Job Duties
- Lead a small kitchen consisting of a hot and cold section
- Prep sushi ingredients
- Clean kitchen area at end of day
- Prepare orders in a timely manner including online orders
- Work well with others
- Oversee fish preparation and cutting
- Manage inventory and communicate supply needs
