As the Head Sushi Chef at Takara 14, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the restaurant's reputation for quality and creativity. You will be responsible for managing the sushi station during service and prep times, overseeing the preparation and presentation of all sushi orders including dine-in, omakase experiences, and online orders.
