Job Requirements

  • Working proficiency in Korean
  • Experience in bartending and team leadership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift items as necessary for service needs
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time
  • Familiarity with POS systems preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Working proficiency in Korean
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong bartending skills, including cocktail preparation, bar operations, and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy karaoke or hospitality environment
  • Familiarity with POS (Toast) or similar reservation systems is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail during peak hours
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to helping guests feel valued and appreciated

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise servers and bartenders to ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and mentoring staff
  • Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere
  • Provide high-quality bartending service, including crafting cocktails, pouring drinks, and maintaining bar standards
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS system
  • Serve food and drinks to guests while adhering to food safety and handling guidelines
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
