Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Head Pastry Chef who shares the company’s passion for food quality, customer service, and community engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage a creative team responsible for producing more than 40 varieties of freshly baked pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins made from honest, whole ingredients. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional culinary skills, from precise recipe execution to attention to detail in creating unique baked goods. Physical stamina is necessary, as the role demands lifting heavy supplies and standing for extended periods. Flexibility and adaptability are key, given the fast-paced environment and the early morning start times, which may begin as early as 4 a.m. The Head Pastry Chef will also play a critical role in maintaining compliance with food safety regulations and overseeing inventory management. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Availability for early morning shifts starting as early as 4 a.m.

- Prior experience in a fast-paced baking environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of large-scale baking and pastry experience
