Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Head Pastry Chef who shares the company’s passion for food quality, excellent customer service, and community engagement. This role is vital for leading a dynamic team of bakers and pastry chefs responsible for producing a unique menu featuring over 40 varieties of freshly baked pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins. A minimum of one year of experience working in large-scale baking or pastry environments, along with leadership experience in either retail or food service, is required. While formal culinary education is an advantage, practical skills and a proven track record of creating beautifully decorated, high-quality pastries are highly valued.
