  • Hold pilot's license
  • have 3+ years experience training pilots
  • have 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • have experience working collaboratively and successfully with FAA
  • have experience working with training equipment suppliers

Job Qualifications

  • Hold pilot's license
  • have 3+ years of experience training pilots
  • have 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • experience working collaboratively and successfully with FAA
  • experience working with training equipment suppliers
  • advanced degree (bonus)
  • ATP rating (bonus)
  • experience with both fixed wing and rotary wing part 135 and/or 121 operations (bonus)

Job Duties

  • Lead development of Archer OEM pilot training program
  • lead development of pilot training program for Archer Air
  • stand up training facilities and programs to train approximately 30,000 Archer qualified pilots between now and 2030
  • build training and flight standards team to support aircraft operated by Archer Air
  • provide training and flight operations support to Archer direct customers
  • be a creative problem solver given the unprecedented nature of Archer's mission
