Job Requirements

10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience managing teams
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience in leadership roles overseeing data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and collaboration

Job Qualifications

10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience managing teams
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Proficiency with Excel or Tableau including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Leadership roles involving data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience leading across multiple locales (preferred)

Job Duties

Lead and manage a team of content event managers and operational specialists
Manage content strategy globally by understanding audience journeys, business objectives, and unique event needs
Act as content lead for AWS re:Invent, overseeing 45 workstreams to ensure flawless content execution
Manage operational processes including standardizing workflows across all event programs
Oversee vendor relationships including selection, security reviews, and managing budgets over $2 million
Oversee content readiness workflows, speaker certification, technical checks, and session risk assessments
Partner closely with senior business and technical leaders to align content strategy with AWS messaging and product roadmaps
