Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least five years of experience in a similar position on large scale productions
- At least three years of leadership experience
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of networking, timecode and media servers
- Knowledge and experience with lasers, pyro or other special effects
- Knowledge and experience with large venue projectors and projection systems
- Experience with performer tracking systems
- Ability to comprehend AC/DC electricity, basic electronics, and computer operations related to lighting systems
- Proficient in operating and repairing audio equipment
- Experience in LCS Cue Station programming
- Knowledge of wireless microphone and automated systems
- Ability to lead and manage personnel and work under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to obtain OSHA 30 course completion card
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical job functions such as crouching, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 50lbs unassisted
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Verification of right to work in the United States
- Must adhere to OSHA safety standards
Job Qualifications
- At least five years of previous experience in a similar position on large scale productions
- At least three years of leadership experience
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of networking, timecode and media servers
- Knowledge and experience with lasers, pyro or other special effects
- Experience with large venue projectors, video servers, hardware and software related to projection systems
- Knowledge of performer tracking systems such as Albion or Blacktrax
- Comprehension of AC/DC electricity basics, electronics, and computer operations related to lighting systems
- Experience with sound consoles
- Proficiency in operating and repairing audio equipment including LCS, audio console mixing, RF, video and communications systems
- Experience in LCS Cue Station programming
- Knowledge of wireless microphone and automated systems
- Demonstrated leadership and personnel management
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to obtain OSHA 30 course completion card
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Job Duties
- Manage the show's department during performances, artist training, rehearsals and maintenance
- Complete various HR and administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, onboarding, hiring and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with the band leader, band, coaches and act captains
- Oversee all networks affecting show operations
- Work on budgets and forecasting with the technical director and production department manager
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of departmental documentation and train team on best practices
- Inspect and maintain equipment, stage and backstage areas
- Program and run show tracks for safe and continuous show operation
- Coordinate and oversee support for special projects including research, purchasing, construction and installation
- Ensure team knowledge and training on all departmental equipment
- Assist other departments for cross-departmental support
- Promote and adhere to OSHA safety regulations and participate in safety training
- Maintain current health and safety training records
- Complete all other job-related duties as assigned
