Job Requirements

  • Housekeeping experience
  • Availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work day shifts and flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee and direct housekeeping staff daily operations
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards
  • Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies
  • Train and supervise new housekeeping employees
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
  • Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping team
  • Address guest requests and resolve complaints related to housekeeping
