Job Description

The Chef will be responsible not only for the artistry of cooking but also for managing kitchen operations, leading and delegating tasks to the kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and inventory management. The successful candidate will have previous chef or cook experience, preferably with formal culinary training and certifications such as ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification, signifying a solid knowledge of food safety protocols.

As the culinary lead, the Chef will be in charge of creating menus that beautifully complement seasonal ingredients and culinary trends while catering to customer preferences and feedback. They will ensure the kitchen is efficiently set up with all necessary tools and equipment, prepare visually appealing dishes that meet our quality standards, and oversee the kitchen staff to foster teamwork and smooth operations. Additionally, the Chef must vigilantly maintain inventory levels and handle restocking ensuring the kitchen runs without interruption. Through adherence to food safety regulations and proactive kitchen management, the Chef plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless dining experience to our guests.
