Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in concierge or hospitality service roles
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work the specified shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in technology and software relevant to property management

  • Proven experience as a concierge or in a related customer service role
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of building security procedures
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Proficient with electronic log systems and property management software
  • Familiarity with emergency response protocols

Job Duties

  • Provide day-to-day supervision and support for the concierge team
  • Lead by example with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional service standards
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and ensuring consistent concierge coverage and procedures
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for front desk during the morning shift
  • Address resident needs including building access, vendor coordination, amenity use and community knowledge
  • Deliver premium customer service via phone, email, and in-person communications
  • Handle escalated resident concerns with diplomacy and sound judgment
  • Monitor and physically check building access points using camera systems and walkthroughs
  • Ensure safety, security and adherence to building policies
  • Maintain daily electronic log entries for each shift and report incidents
  • Oversee community package delivery system and log accurately
  • Manage resident move-ins and move-outs including documentation and scheduling
  • Maintain familiarity with emergency response procedures and act as leader during emergencies
  • Monitor use and activity of gym, pool and other amenities ensuring compliance with rules
