Job Description
Our client is a prestigious luxury condominium community situated in the heart of Marina Bay, MA, known for its impeccable service standards and elegant residential living. This community offers a high-end living experience with a blend of long-term and newer residents, creating a vibrant yet serene atmosphere. Nestled in a prime location, the condominium provides easy access to local amenities, dining, entertainment, and waterfront views, making it a sought-after residence for discerning homeowners. The community prides itself on maintaining a collaborative and service-driven environment where residents' comfort and security are paramount. The building features a variety of upscale amenities such as a state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool, and well-maintained communal spaces that foster a sense of community among residents.
We are currently seeking an experienced Head Concierge to join this well-established team and play a crucial leadership role. This is a full-time position that involves supervising a seasoned concierge team comprised of both part-time and full-time professionals, many of whom have served the community for over 20 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing several key shifts—Thursday and Friday from 3pm to 11pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 3pm. This role not only requires hands-on management of daily operations but also active engagement with residents, staff, and building management.
The Head Concierge will act as a mentor and overseer, ensuring the team upholds the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and customer service excellence. This person will serve as the primary point of contact during morning shifts, addressing resident inquiries, managing vendor coordination, monitoring building security, and overseeing the usage of amenities such as the gym and pool. With responsibilities that include supervision of package deliveries, move-in and move-out coordination, and emergency preparedness, this position demands an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex situations with diplomacy and sound judgment.
Offering competitive compensation, this role includes full health insurance benefits as needed, double holiday pay, a generous performance-based bonus structure, and a robust vacation and paid time off package. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned concierge professional eager to advance into a leadership role within a stable and refined residential setting. You will join a tight-knit, veteran team where your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the community’s reputation for exceptional service and resident satisfaction.
