This full-time role involves overseeing culinary operations primarily in Estuary, the hotel’s renowned restaurant, and In-Room Dining services. As Head Chef, you will be an integral member of the executive leadership team, directly reporting to the Executive Chef. Your leadership will guide a talented team comprising two Sous Chefs and eight to ten line cooks, where your expertise will shape the quality, presentation, and consistency of the culinary offerings.
The ideal candidate is expected to bring at least one to two years of experience in a Head Chef role, preferably in fine dining settings, and should be adept at managing unionized teams. The position requires the ability to lead daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation, food safety, sanitation, and cost control to ensure operational profitability. This hands-on leadership role encompasses responsibilities such as systems management, budgeting, forecasting, administrative duties, and facilitating effective team communications through meetings and performance evaluations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in professional culinary roles
