- culinary degree or equivalent relevant experience
- previous experience in executive chef or sous chef role
- strong leadership and team management skills
- proficiency in inventory and cost management
- knowledge of food safety standards
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- strong experience in kitchen management, team leadership, and staff training
