Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • previous experience in executive chef or sous chef role
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • proficiency in inventory and cost management
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • culinary expertise in menu development, food preparation, and plating techniques
  • strong experience in kitchen management, team leadership, and staff training
  • proficient in managing inventory, controlling food costs, and maintaining supplier relationships
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices
  • exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • previous experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • culinary degree or relevant certifications
