We are currently seeking a full-time Head Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing all kitchen operations, driving culinary creativity, and ensuring the highest standards of quality. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day kitchen activities including inventory control, compliance with food safety standards, and cost management. Leading and mentoring the kitchen staff is a key part of the role, as is collaborating with suppliers to source the freshest and highest quality ingredients. The ideal candidate will bring strong culinary expertise in menu development, food preparation, and innovative plating techniques. Experience in kitchen management, team leadership, and training staff is essential to this role.
