Moxies is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Chef to lead its high-volume kitchen in Washington, DC. This pivotal leadership role requires a hands-on culinary professional who excels within a structured, systems-driven environment and has a proven track record of success with multi-unit national restaurant brands. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in operational consistency, masterful recipe execution, and strict adherence to brand standards, ensuring every dish meets Moxies’ exacting quality benchmarks. Familiarity with Crunchtime inventory systems is essential, as well as demonstrated competence in managing food costs, controlling inventory, and driving efficient kitchen operations.
