Job Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- must be able to push, pull, lift up to 100 pounds
- must comply with all Oxford rules, regulations, expectations, and standards
- ability to lead kitchen teams and provide direction for all day-to-day operations
- prior experience in hospitality culinary management
- knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- ability to instill safety and sanitation habits in all employees
- physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, and stoop frequently
- must be available to work rotating shifts, overnight shifts, overtime, and holidays as required
