The Head Chef role at Vincenzo's Ristorante is a prestigious leadership position that holds the responsibility for directing all kitchen operations. This position is central to maintaining Vincenzo's tradition of culinary excellence and authentic Italian flavors. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing menu development to ensure the offerings honor classic Italian dishes while incorporating innovative techniques to keep the menu fresh and engaging. The Head Chef will lead, mentor, and train the kitchen staff, instilling a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and high standards across all food preparation and presentation.   • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
  • deep knowledge of Italian cuisine including traditional and modern techniques
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent time management and organizational skills
  • ability to maintain food quality and authenticity
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • experience in inventory management and cost control
  • culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Create and refine an authentic Italian menu that balances traditional dishes with innovative culinary techniques to keep offerings fresh and appealing
