Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience in culinary operations
- current Certified Food Protection Manager credential (ServSafe or equivalent)
- knowledge of special dietary needs and food allergy management
- ability to supervise and train kitchen staff
- compliance with health and safety regulations
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as lead cook or chef in healthcare, residential, or institutional settings
