We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to take the helm of our kitchen and lead our culinary team. This full-time role requires 45-50 hours per week, including weekend availability, with shifts alternating between 8 to 10 hours. The salary for this position is competitive and based on experience, offering an excellent opportunity for supplemental income. As the Head Chef at Vitale's, you will be entrusted with the creative freedom to work with cherished family recipes while innovating new weekly features, introducing three new dishes per week that celebrate our Italian heritage with simple yet authentic cuisine. Your leadership will drive the quality and efficiency of our kitchen operations, managing food preparation that highlights freshness and flavor excellence. An integral part of your responsibilities will include overseeing food and labor cost control to ensure profitability without compromising on quality.
