Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience including operating within set budgets
  • Degree in culinary arts preferred
  • Catering experience
  • Minimum 2 years of BOH experience in fine dining environment
  • Minimum 2 years of BOH experience in high volume environment
  • Skilled in quick thinking/problem solving
  • ServSafe certified preferred
  • Catering experience preferred
  • Team player with a go-giver attitude
  • Task oriented focused and assertive
  • Responsible
  • Flexibility and availability to work combination of day time evenings and weekend shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Lead and manage kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficient food preparation
  • Develop and implement innovative Italian menus that reflect authenticity and creativity
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
  • Oversee inventory control and budget management to optimize costs
  • Train and mentor culinary team members to foster professional growth
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation in a high-volume environment
