Job Requirements

  • S/NVQ2 in Catering and Hospitality or Professional Cookery
  • Minimum Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Good understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
  • Experience in managing kitchen staff and operations
  • Ability to ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Commitment to safeguarding and resident welfare

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Inspire and lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals
  • Ensure meals meet residents' dietary needs, cultural preferences, and nutritional requirements
  • Manage kitchen operations including stock, budgets, orders, and food safety compliance
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP guidelines
  • Collaborate with central teams to uphold nutritional excellence and operational efficiency
  • Create enjoyable and welcoming dining experiences for residents
  • Identify and report safeguarding concerns in line with company policies
