You will be instrumental in achieving restaurant objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions. The role demands a thorough understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, including adhering to Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations and all relevant federal, state, county, and city laws. Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment is also essential, requiring enforcement of sanitation standards, safety procedures, and disaster preparedness plans. The ambiance of the restaurant must be carefully managed, controlling lighting, music, temperature, and overall atmosphere to create a welcoming environment for guests.

Eureka! believes in investing in its leaders by providing growth opportunities, management development programs, and support through an Employee Assistance Program focused on mental health and well-being. This position will involve working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment that requires prolonged standing, lifting, and working with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment. The ideal candidate will bring solid leadership experience from a high-volume kitchen setting, combined with a deep knowledge of health and safety regulations, budgeting, inventory control, and effective communication skills.

If you are passionate about fostering a positive work culture, driving financial success, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively restaurant environment, Eureka! offers an exceptional opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful impact every day. Join Eureka! and be part of a community where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable moments for both guests and your team.
