Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4-5 years leadership experience in full-service kitchen environments
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficient in budgeting and inventory management
- Effective communication skills
- Serve Safe certification
- Ability to work in physically demanding, fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in high-volume leadership roles in a full-service kitchen
- Demonstrated knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of profit and loss management, budgeting, and inventory control
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, non-verbal, and electronic
- Serve Safe Certified
Job Duties
- Achieve restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Use schedule templates effectively
- Review portion control and food preparation quantities to minimize waste
- Execute accurate inventories regularly
- Ensure compliance with Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations and other legal requirements
- Maintain safety and sanitary standards by enforcing procedures and complying with regulations
- Develop and implement disaster plans
- Maintain security, parking lot, walkways, and exits
- Control restaurant ambiance including lighting, music, table setups, and temperature
- Participate in continuing education to update job knowledge
