Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, preferably in an Italian restaurant or similar concept
- Exceptional culinary skills with a deep knowledge of Italian cuisine, including traditional and modern techniques
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create and adapt recipes while maintaining consistent quality and authenticity
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Create and refine an authentic Italian menu that balances traditional dishes with innovative culinary techniques to keep offerings fresh and appealing
- Supervise, train, and mentor the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment
- Oversee all food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality and authenticity
- Actively participate during prep and service
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost control and quality standards
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with local health regulations
- Conduct regular quality checks on all dishes leaving the kitchen
- Develop and manage the kitchen budget, ensuring profitability through cost-effective planning and minimizing waste
- Work closely with front-of-house management to ensure smooth coordination between the dining room and kitchen, especially during high-volume periods
