The Head Chef will take full responsibility for all food preparation processes, quality control, sanitation, staff training, inventory management, and compliance with food safety regulations. Job Qualifications

- spanish speaking is a plus, but not required

Job Duties
- ensure all food meets quality standards
- prepare proteins, marinades, sauces, vegetables, kimchi, and other recipes following recipes and food guidelines
- uphold the highest sanitation standards by maintaining a sparkling clean and organized kitchen
- monitor inventory levels and schedule preparation cycles for proteins, marinades, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients to meet daily needs
- manage inventory and prep food based on delivery schedules
- train team members on proper food preparation techniques, safety standards, and recipes
- supervise trainees during their learning process
- follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- accurately label, log, and track inventory and food prep activities
- manage inventory with FIFO
