Salt Life Food Shack is a vibrant and energetic casual dining restaurant rooted in the Salt Life lifestyle and culture. Located in a bustling area that experiences high traffic daily, Salt Life Food Shack is dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience that reflects the community-oriented spirit and social values of the Salt Life brand. The restaurant is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining the restaurant's standards of excellence and ensuring efficient kitchen functioning even during peak hours. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with front-of-house staff to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for total guest satisfaction. This position requires leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Working as a key member of the management team, the Kitchen Manager will help drive the restaurant’s mission of providing superior food and service that embodies the Salt Life culture.
